3. Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? AJAY TEWARI, J. (Oral) This is a petition for quashing of the order dated 04.12.2009 (Annexure P-4) declaring the petitioner to be a proclaimed offender.
On the last date the following contention was noticed :- "Learned counsel states that the petitioner was abroad at the time when the order was passed. The matter has been compromised and all the other accused have been acquitted."
Learned Additional A.G., on instructions from ASI Mewa Singh, has accepted this fact.

CRM-M-39290-2015 (O&M) -2In the circumstances I see no reason to keep the impugned order alive and consequently quash the same. Petition stands allowed.
