COMI/20/2021 titled "Laxman Dass v/s Subash Chand" pending in the Court of ACJM, Jind 1.

Seeking issuance of directions to the ACJM, Jind for expeditious disposal of the complaint captioned above, the petitioner who is an Octogenarian aged 81 years has come up before this Court under Section 528 BNSS, 2023. 2.

Given the limited relief and considering the age of the petitioner, I do not intend to issue notice to the private respondents, however trial Court is requested to decide his complaint captioned above as expeditiously as possible. This relief is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall not seek any adjournment. 3.

With aforesaid observations, the present petition is disposed of. All pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
