BHARDWAJ, J (Oral) The instant petition has been filed for issuance of direction to the respondents to consider the candidature of the petitioner under EWS category for all posts which he applied including the post of Fire Operator cum Driver, category 243, Group 30 and to issue an offer of appointment to him on the said post as per his merit alongwith all consequential benefits. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner does not dispute that he had earlier filed CWP No.2672 of 2024, wherein he submitted that he intended to apply in the Economically Weaker Section in response to Advertisement dated 07.03.2023. The said writ petition was disposed of vide order dated 07.02.2024 directing the respondents to decide the representation dated 16.12.2023 submitted by the petitioner within four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of the said order. He contends that the respondents have so far not taken any decision on the representation of the petitioner, dated 16.12.2023 notwithstanding the directions issued by this Court. 3.

He further submits that in the interregnum, there had been certain developments, as a result whereof the petitioner has been prompted to AVIN KUMAR 2025.04.07 09:22 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this judgment/order.

CWP No.9798 of 2025 [2] file the instant petition. Learned counsel contends that, at this juncture, he would be satisfied in case the respondents are directed to take into consideration the judgment in the matter of Naveen & others vs. State of Haryana & others, in CWP No.17852 of 2024 and connected matters, dated 05.02.2025.

The instant petition is disposed of at this juncture, without commenting upon the merits of the case, with a direction to the respondents to consider subsequent developments including the judgment passed in the matter of Naveen & others (supra) while deciding representation dated 16.12.2023, in compliance of the order dated 07.02.2024 in CWP No.2672 of 2024 (supra), if not already decided.
