CRM-M-3935 of 2017 Reply on behalf of the State filed in Court today is taken on record. Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for quashing FIR No.424 dated 05.09.2016 registered under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC at Police Station City Narnaul, District Mahindergarh.

Learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that in the instant case police has filed cancellation report. Therefore, nothing survives in this petition. Dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
