Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned counsel contends that the husband of the petitioner against whom the allegations with regard to charging of the money from the innocent persons were levelled, has been discharged by learned trial Court vide order dated 05.11.2015 (Annexure P-1) on the basis of police request, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition to approach the Court of Session afresh in view of the changed circumstances.
