(ORAL) The instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a direction to respondent No.2 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and her family members at the hands of respondent Nos. 4 & 5, who are continuously threatening and pressurizing the petitioner to withdraw the complaint (Annexure P-4) submitted against them. In this regard the petitioner has also approached the authorities by filing representation dated 18.11.2017 (Annexure P-4) but till date no action has been taken by respondent No.2 on the same. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if respondent No.2 be directed to look into the representation dated 18.11.2017 (Annexure P-4) and take action in accordance with law, in a time bound manner.

He submits that representation dated 18.11.2017 (Annexure P-4) will be decided within a period of four weeks.

Without going into the merits of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide representation dated 18.11.2017 (Annexure P-4), within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order and take necessary action in accordance with law.
