The petitioner seeks issuance of a direction to the respondents to consider the opinion of Board of Doctors and to take appropriate action on that basis in FIR No.24 dated 27.2.2020 under Sections 307, 326, 451, 148, 149, 427, 120-B IPC, Police Station Division No.7, District Police Commissionerate Jalandhar.

However, it transpires that investigation has already concluded and 'Challan' stands presented.

Faced with the aforestated position, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to raise all the pleas raised herein before the trial Court at the stage of GAURAV SOROT 2020.07.21 15:30 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
