Mr. Vikas Bishnoi, Advocate, for the petitioner Mr. Ripu Daman Singh, AAG, Haryana for the State/ respondents no. 1 to 4 Fateh Deep Singh, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Sushil submits that respondent no. 5-Krishan Kumar father of the petitioner has since expired.

Learned State counsel on further instructions submits that upon investigations of the present FIR, the police has concluded and prepared a cancellation report which is likely to be filed within 15 days from today. In the light of this stand of the State, nothing survives in the present petition and stands disposed of as having rendered infructuous. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to invoke the appropriate jurisdiction under the relevant provisions of law on the same very grounds. ( Fateh Deep Singh ) January 23, 2019 Judge 'tiwana'
