******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for petitioners submits that against the summoning order passed by the trial Court, petitioners have filed revision, which was accepted by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Palwal and complaint was ordered to be dismissed. Thereafter, learned trial Court is still proceeding with the complaint.

I have perused order dated 31.08.2017 (Annexure P-4) passed by learned Magistrate Ist Class, Palwal, which takes note that order dated 29.08.2017 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge was brought to his notice and the case was fixed for 18.09.2017 only for awaiting the file. Order in compliance of order passed by Additional Sessions Judge is to be passed in main case file and there is nothing that Court is insisting on presence of petitioners.

This petition is disposed of with direction to trial Court to passed necessary order in the complainant as per order of learned Additional Sessions Judge dated 29.08.2017.
