ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.122 dated 25.05.2014 registered under Sections 21 and 22 of the NDPS Act at Police Station Jandiala, District Amritsar. Counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 17.10.2017, the petitioner has already appeared before the trial Court and has been released on interim bail. This fact is not disputed by counsel for the State, on instructions from HC Jagir Singh.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 17.10.2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
