Petitioner seeks concession of pre-arrest bail in a case registered at the instance of Sukhdev Singh father of husband of the petitioner alleging that his son committed suicide as the petitioner failed to return back and forcibly obtained Panchayati divorce. The petitioner allegedly quarrelled with the deceased and forcibly took him to the Court to get divorce papers signed. It appears that the petitioner is having a four year old minor child to look after. It will be a debatable issue whether the deceased committed suicide having not been able to bear the divorce or he was abetted to commit suicide.

Petitioner in above said circumstances can be granted the concession of pre-arrest bail.

It is ordered that in case of arrest of the petitioner she will be released on bail to the satisfaction of the arresting officer subject to the conditions that she will join investigation as and when required and will not tamper with the evidence or hamper the investigation, in any manner and will also not browbeat the witnesses.
