**** HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI, J. (Oral) The present petition has been filed for the grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 65 dated 21.04.2021, under Sections 22C/61/85 of the NDPS Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Sirhind, District Fatehgarh sahib, Punjab (Annexure P-1).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is behind bars from the last three years hence, the petitioner be granted the concession of regular bail.

Learned counsel for the respondents on the other hand submits that all the prosecution witnesses have already been examined and it is only the petitioner, who is taking adjournments to produce the defence evidence. Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further.

Ordered accordingly.
