Reply has not been filed, however, learned State counsel on instructions from HC Balwan Singh has stated that a cancellation report in the matter has been prepared which has been approved by the higher police officer, however, it is yet to be filed in the Court. It being so, the present petition for quashing of F.I.R has become infructuous and is disposed of accordingly, however, a direction is issued to learned Magistrate at Faridabad where the cancellation report is said to have been filed to take necessary action in the matter at the earliest.
