(ORAL) In compliance of the order dated 4.8.2015 passed by this Court, report dated 17.9.2015 has been received from the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Karnal, to the effect that complainant-Ishwar Dayal has stated that he has not entered into a compromise with the accused persons and he wants to prosecute the matter. Faced with the above, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition for quashing of the impugned FIR on merits, if so advised.

Permission is granted.
