Learned counsel for the respondents submits that entire salary has been paid to the petitioner.

Petitioner is seeking initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondents for non-compliance of order dated 02.04.2019 passed in CWP No.8894 of 2019. The writ petition was finally decided on 28.08.2019 with the order as follows:- "Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner has been reinstated and to that extent the relief sought in the present petition is rendered infructuous. In LPA No.39 of 2002 filed by Union of India, operation of second part of order dated 28.08.2019 has been stayed. As the matter is still pending before the Division Bench, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to seek revival of the petition, if so required, after the decision of LPA.
