(ORAL) Petitioners seeks issuance of Writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned transfer order dated 06.07.2020 (Annexure P-1) passed by respondent No.1 vide which the petitioner posted as Block Publicity Worker has been transferred from the office of DIPRO Palwal to DIPRO Faridabad. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that, per his instructions, transfer order dated 06.07.2020 has been cancelled by the respondent-department vide order 10.09.2020, rendering the present petition infructuous.
