IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA
AT CHANDIGARH CRM-M-42163 of 2013 (O&M) Date of Decision: 06.10.2015 Lal Singh and others --Petitioners.
Vs.
State of Haryana and another --Respondents.
CORAM : HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK Present : Mr. Gopal Sharma, Advocate for the petitioners.
Mr. Manish Bansal, DAG, Haryana.
Mr. Mukesh Yadav, Advocate for respondent No.2.
**** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) Reply on behalf of respondent No.2, filed in the Court today, is taken on record and copy thereof, has been supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioners.
Learned counsel for the petitioners, at the outset, fairly states that since the petitioners, because of a bonafide wrong impression, did not avail their equally efficacious alternative remedy of revision against the impugned summoning order, he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioners to avail their alternative remedy of revision, at the first instance.
Permission is granted.
Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for. (RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK) JUDGE 06.10.2015 AK Sharma AMIT KUMAR 2015.10.07 14:51 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
