During arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner has restricted his grievance to the extent that representations dated 13.07.2020 and 15.07.2020 (Annexures P-8 & P-9) respectively, filed by the petitioner, are still pending and no action has been taken thereupon so far.

Learned counsel submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case the directions are issued to the respondents to take action on the said pending representations, i.e., Annexures P-8 & P-9.
