The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 seeking grant of anticipatory bail in case G.D. No.37 dated 03.01.2025 under Sections 118(1), 118(2), 351(2), 191(3) and 190 of Bharatiya Nayaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023 in FIR No.202 dated 31.12.2024 under Sections 109, 118(2), 115(2), 118(1), 191(3) and 190 of Bharatiya Nayaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023 registered at P.S. Division B, Amritsar. 2.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to surrender before the Court concerned and seek appropriate remedy.

In view of the statement of learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
