RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for issuance of direction to respondent no.2 to decide the representation, Annexures P-1 and P-2, dated 13.04.2023 in accordance with law.

It has been submitted that various FIRs have been registered against Karan Kumar son of petitioner no.1 and Nitu Singh, husband of petitioner no.2. It is submitted that false and frivolous cases are registered and no fair and impartial investigation is being conducted by the Investigating Agency.

Notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mr.Sandeep Kumar, DAG, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State and submits, on instructions from ASI Gurjit Singh, Police Station Focal Point, that in all there are six cases against Karan Kumar and Nitu Singh and in MEENU 2023.05.16 17:59 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment

In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to raise their grievances before the trial Court where cases are pending adjudication.
