Counsel for the petitioner, at this stage, restricts his argument to the extent that respondent No.5 be directed to dispose of the representation (Annexure P1) in accordance with law. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.5 to dispose of the representation (Annexure P1) filed by the petitioner expeditiously, in accordance with law.
