Mr.Harminder Singh, Advocate, for respondent No.6. Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) Pursuant to order dated 28.5.2016, respondent Nos. 4 & 6 are present in court. Learned counsel have sought instructions from respondent Nos. 4 & 6 respectively. They submit that they did not part with any money in favour of the complainant. Thus, there has been no attempt to fleece the doctors by the complainant due to registration of FIR. Besides, respondent No.5-Dr.Amrish Mittal had expired on 7.11.2015 i.e prior to the date this petition was filed in this court. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not intend to pursue this petition and even wishes to withdraw the complaint lodged by him pursuant to which FIR was registered. Learned State counsel submits that a cancellation report has already been filed. In view of above, no further direction is necessary. Petition is rendered infructuous.
