After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to pursue alternate remedy in accordance with law as per Sakiri Vasu vs. State of U.P. and others 2008(1) R.C.R.(Criminal) 392. Permitted to do so.
