Mr. Parvesh Sachdeva, Advocate, for the petitioner. **** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on 02.06.2016 respondent No.4 along with 3-4 unknown persons entered into the house of the petitioner and thereafter started using filthy language and threatened to kill her. On doing so, the petitioner raised hue and cry and respondent No.4 threatened her while showing the pistol that in case she raised hue and cry, then he will falsely implicate her in the case of selling white powder. In this regard, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 03.06.2016 (Annexure P-1) to the Station House Officer, Police Station City Jalalabad (West), District Fazilka but till date no action has been taken against the accused persons.

In view of above, without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Fazilka (respondent No.2), to look into the representation dated 03.06.2016 (Annexure P-1), filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law.
