This petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the Magistrate.

After making the submissions learned counsel for the petitioner states that he wants to withdraw the instant petition and would approach the revisional Court. The counsel further states that since he has approached this Court, limitation would come in the way.

Dismissed as withdrawn, with direction that in case the revision is filed within a fortnight from today, the revisional Court would not raise the issue of limitation.
