" Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.98 dated 08.06.2021, registered at Police Station Bhattu Kalan, District Fatehabad, under Sections 21(b) and 27-A NDPS Act, 1985.

Vide order dated 30.06.2021 passed by this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.
