ALKA SARIN, J. (ORAL) Heard through video conferencing.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, states that the petitioner in the present case has since been declared innocent. He has further stated that though the cancellation report has been prepared, but the same has not been presented. He prays that a direction be issued to the respondents to present the cancellation report in a time bound manner.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Baldev Singh, states that the cancellation report has since been approved by the Senior Superintendent of Police and will be presented as expeditiously as possible.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed off with a direction to the respondents to present the cancellation report as expeditiously as possible.
