Learned State counsel on instructions from Hawaldar Satguru Singh submits that pursuant to direction given by this Court on 21.07.2020, the petitioner has joined the investigation on 08.09.2020 and he is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, the order dated 21.07.2020 is hereby made absolute.

The petition stands disposed of.
