Learned counsel for the State, while referring to the averments taken in para 1 of the preliminary submissions submits that the complaint lodged by the petitioner was found to be factually incorrect. After thorough investigation of the matter, cancellation report has been prepared vide Annexure R-2 and the same has been presented to the court of competent jurisdiction on 25.3.2015. She further submits that in this view of the matter, present petition has been rendered infructuous and the same may be disposed of, as such.
