ASHOK KUMAR VERMA, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.115 dated 11.07.2019 registered under Sections 420, 406, 506 IPC at Police Station Dakha, District Ludhiana, Punjab. ASI Paramjeet Singh, who is present in Court, submits that in pursuance of order dated 23.05.2022, petitioners have joined the investigation and are no longer required for further investigation. He further submits that in this case re-investigation has been conducted and no case is made out against the petitioners. Therefore, cancellation report has been prepared and is likely to be filed before the Illaqa Magistrate. In view of above, order dated 23.05.2022 passed by this Court is made absolute on the same terms and conditions. Disposed of accordingly.
