**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 110 dated 2.9.2015, registered under Sections 406, 498-A IPC, Police Station Nurpur Bedi, District Roopnagar. Counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 20.11.2015, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. State counsel states that the petitioner has joined the investigation.
