(Oral) Petitioner claims to be owner of a plot measuring 100 square yards comprised in Khasra No.133, 143 and 174, situated at Village Ahmedgarh Channa, Tehsil Ahmedgarh, District Malerkotla. 1.1 Petitioner alleges that some residents of village want to grab the plot of the petitioner and carve out a pipeline through the plot of the petitioner and in those circumstances, the petitioner preferred a civil suit bearing No. CS/1006 of 2020, titled as "Kamaljit Singh vs. Sukhdev Singh and others", wherein an order dated 04.12.2020 was passed, directing the parties to maintain status quo regarding possession as well as the nature of the suit property. CWP-9658-2025 (O&M) - - alleged violation of aforesaid order dated 04.12.2020, a contempt petition has already been filed.

1.3 It is further submitted that respondents No.5 and 6 i.e. Gram Panchayat, Village Ahmedgarh and Panchayat Secretary, Sh. Parveen Gupta, respectively, came to the plot of petitioner on 18.02.2025 and installed a pipeline without the permission of petitioner. 2.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from Mr. Gurmit Singh, Block Development and Panchayat Officer, Block Ahmedgarh, District Malerkotla, submits that no pipeline has been installed by respondents No.5 and 6 through the land of the petitioner.

Keeping in view the aforesaid stand taken by learned State counsel and also considering the fact that the petitioner has already approached the Civil Court and even interim protection has been granted therein, no further orders are required to be passed in the instant writ petition, therefore the same is accordingly dismissed. 4.
