The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the impugned order dated 19.01.2024 (Annexure P-3) passed by the Civil Judge (Junior Division), SAS Nagar, Mohali whereby right to file reply to the application under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC was closed.

As per the E-Court Official Website of the District Courts, SAS Nagar, Mohali, the plaint of the main civil suit already stands rejected while allowing an application under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC vide order dated 10.05.2024 hence the instant revision petition has been rendered infructuous. 3.
