Accordingly, Annexure P-4 is taken on record. CRM-M-40315-2016 Prayer in this petition is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of F.I.R No. 77 of 03.05.2015 under Section 363/366-A (Section 376 IPC added lateron), registered at Police Station City South, Moga, District Moga.

Learned counsel for the complainant has not disputed the fact that the marriage of the prosecutrix has been solemnized with the petitioner, as per marriage certificate (Annexure P-4) and they are residing happily. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
