Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondents No.4 and 5 have invested about `29 lakhs in online trading on the advice of petitioner in which they have suffered huge loss. Now, they are posing threat to the life and liberty of the petitioner. Without expressing any opinion on merits, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Sangrur to look into threat aspect to the life and liberty of petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law. However, it is made clear that the above order will not be interpreted as providing any type of protection to the petitioner from legal action taken in any civil, criminal or other proceedings initiated/pending against him in accordance with law.
