(ORAL) After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he be allowed to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a fresh one on the same cause of action by challenging the resolution of the Executive Council dated 28.01.2021 and the consequent notification dated 19.02.2021 by which the benefits, being asked by the petitioner, have been granted prospectively and not as per the notification issued by the Government of Haryana.
