(Oral) Present petition has been filed under Section 438 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.154 dated 12.04.2023 under Section 420 IPC registered at Police Station City Barnala, District Barnala. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to earlier order dated 28.04.2023 passed by this Court, petitioner has joined investigation and has fully cooperated in the same. 3.
Learned State counsel, per his instructions ASI Charanjit Singh, submits that petitioner has joined investigation and in view of cooperation rendered by him, no custodial interrogation of petitioner is required. Though, recovery could not be effected from him.

Per contrary, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that recovery is a matter of trial. In any case, petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and is innocent person. 5.
