None has come present on behalf of the petitioner. On the last date of hearing, as no instructions having been pleaded by learned counsel for the petitioner, notice was issued to the petitioner. As per the office report, the said notice has been duly served upon the petitioner through his wife. Learned State counsel also informed that the petitioner is neither available to the Investigating Agency nor he has joined the investigation as directed by this Court. It seems that the petitioner does not want to prosecute the present petition. Thus, the same is hereby dismissed for want of prosecution.
