The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 seeking direction to official respondents not to call the petitioner to Police Station without any cogent cause of reason. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner further contends that he would be satisfied in case his representation dated 30.03.2025 (Annexure P-2) be decided in a time bound manner.
