Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3-Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala to get the representation dated 20.5.2020 (Annexure P-8) examined in accordance with law and in case the allegations levelled therein are found to be well-founded, then necessary steps warranted under law be taken thereupon at the earliest. 2.

A copy of this order along with copy of representation (Annexure P-8) be sent to respondent No.3-Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala so as to enable him to do the needful expeditiously.
