The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 03.03.2020 passed by this Court in CWP-5961-2020.

Despite being informed by the Registry, none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioners.

Vide order dated 03.03.2020, the following direction was issued by this Court in CWP-5961-2020:- "3.

Without commenting upon the merits of the controversy or the entitlement of the petitioners to the

-2relief claimed, the writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.1 to consider and decide the claim of the petitioners in accordance with law after taking into account all aspects of the matter as expeditiously as possible."

In compliance of the order dated 03.03.2020, compliance affidavit dated 18.08.2025 of Prof. H.K.Aggarwal, Vice Chancellor, Pt. B.D.Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak, has been filed on behalf of respondent No.2. The same is taken on record. The relevant portion of the said compliance affidavit is reproduced as under:- "4.

That in compliance with the aforesaid directions of this Hon'ble Court, the answering respondents have now duly complied with the Court's orders. A Speaking Order No.PGIMS/ME-II/2025/5285-88 dated 14.08.2025, has been passed by the Deponent (on behalf of the University) and deciding the grievances/claims of the petitioners. A copy of the said Speaking Order dated 14.08.2025 is attached herewith as Annexure R-1." 5.

Learned counsel for respondent No.1 contends that in compliance of order dated 03.03.2020 passed by this Court in CWP-59612020, a speaking order dated 14.08.2025 (Annexure R-1) has been passed by Vice Chancellor, Pt. B.D.Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak. Further contends that a copy of the said compliance affidavit, along with speaking order dated 14.08.2025, has already been supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioners.

In view of the above, order dated 03.03.2020 passed by this Court in CWP-5961-2020 has already been complied with, as speaking order dated 14.08.2025 (Annexure R-1) has been passed by Vice Chancellor, Pt. B.D.Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak. 7.

Consequently, the present contempt is purged and rule stands discharged.
