MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (ORAL) Petitioner is seeking the concession of anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.47 dated 18.03.2024 under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of the IPC, registered at Police Station City-I, Abohar, District Fazilka. 2.

While issuing notice of motion on 25.04.2024, following submissions of learned counsel for the petitioners were recorded:- "Learned counsel inter alia contends that inadvertently some error did crop up in the revenue records, however, as soon as the said error came to the notice of the petitioner, the same was rectified and the loan amount, which had been availed of from the Bank, was repaid."

Thereafter, vide order dated 17.05.2024, the petitioner had been granted interim anticipatory bail with direction to join PUNEET SACHDEVA 2024.08.23 12:37 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of order dated 17.05.2024, the petitioner has joined investigation and cooperated with the investigating agency. 5.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, does not dispute the factum of the petitioner having joined investigation and cooperated with the investigating agency. He, on further instructions, submits that the petitioner is not required for further investigation much less for his custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed and interim order dated 17.05.2024 is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482(2) BNSS/438(2) Cr.P.C.
