/0 #12 This is an application for anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No. 283 dated 18.09.2015, registered under Sections 148, 149, 323, 452, 506, 427 IPC at Police Station Ambala City, District Ambala.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that petitioner No.2 was arrested and has been released on regular bail. Consequently the present petition qua him has been rendered infructuous and is dismissed as such.

As regards petitioner No.1, learned counsel states that it is a dispute between neighbours. Persons from the side of the petitioners were also injured and their MLRs are annexed as SUNITA NAGPAL 2015.11.28 11:04 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity y of this document Chandigarh

Learned DAG, on instructions from ASI Rajbir Singh, has accepted these facts. In the circumstances I do not deem it appropriate to deny the concession of bail to the present petitioner No.1. In the event of arrest of petitioner No.1, he shall be released on bail by the investigating officer to his satisfaction subject to the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

Petition stands disposed of.
