This is a petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in FIR No.301, dated 19.12.2022, under Sections 307, 324, 323 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Section 307 Indian Penal Code deleted vide Rapat No.17 dated 09.03.2023) and Section 326 of IPC added later on registered at Police Station City Malout, District Sri Muktsar Sahib (Annexure P-1). 2.

Learned State counsel has filed the custody certificate of the petitioner, which is taken on record.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition at this stage. 4.

Prayer is accepted.

Dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.
