**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 217 dated 8.8.2018 registered at Police Station Chandimandir, District Panchkula under Sections 354, 452, 506 IPC.

Counsel for the petitioner has placed on record copy of the order of the trial Court as well as copy of the order passed in the quashing petition filed on the basis of compromise. The counsel submits that petitioner is in custody since 8.8.2018 and charge has been framed. Without commenting anything on the merits of the case and considering the fact that the trial will take time to conclude, the petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing bail/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court/Duty Magistrate.
