RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of directions to respondent no.2 to consider the representation dated 17.01.2023, Annexure P-4, and take appropriate action against respondents no.5 to 11.

It has been submitted by counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner would be satisfied if his representation, dated 17.01.2023, Annexure P-4, is decided in a time-bound manner. Notice of motion to official respondents only. On the asking of the Court, Mr.Sandeep Kumar, DAG, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State.
