Upon receiving the information, after informing the senior officers, I, along with ASI Rajesh No. 115/PPT, ESI Mahavir No. 1935/FBD, Constable Ritu No. 1474/SPT, Chief Minister Flying Squad Sonipat, and CIA Staff Sonipat namely SI Yashvir No. 290, EASI Naresh No. 902, EASI Naveen No. 1348, Constable Jatjit No. 559, and from Cyber Cell Sonipat PSI Kamal, constituted a joint
team and after briefing them reached near Factory No. 394, Industrial Area, Kundli. After due deliberation, a raiding party was constituted and a raid was conducted at Factory No. 394, Industrial Area, Kundli, Sonipat. At the spot, in a call centre7like office constructed inside the factory, a total of 16 boys and 4 girls were found working on laptops, all having headphones on their ears and talking in English language. On inquiry from the boys and girls present at the spot, they disclosed their names and addresses as follows: 1. During interrogation, Akshay Arora stated that he and Rahul Munjal were working as supervisors in the said call centre and that the real owner of the call centre is Ashish Gaba, resident of Janakpuri, Delhi, and all the other boys and girls were working as callers. Each person was paid approximately Rs. 45,000 per month along with 3% to 5% commission."

: The investigation conducted so far clearly establishes the role of accused Babita Kumari in the operation of the illegal call centre being run at Plot No. 394, Phase74, Sector757, HSIIDC, Kundli, wherein she was actively working as a caller under the directions of co7accused Ashish Gaba. She was involved in impersonating as a technical support executive of Microsoft and used to attend calls from foreign nationals, particularly from the USA, through Micro SIP applications, and induced them to install remote access software on their electronic devices on the pretext of providing technical assistance.
By gaining such unauthorized access, she participated in extracting sensitive information including email IDs and banking details of the victims, which was subsequently shared with the main accused Ashish Gaba through digital platforms such as Telegram for the purpose of committing financial fraud. Her involvement is further corroborated by her own disclosure statement, the recovery of electronic devices from the spot, technical evidence including call records and Micro SIP data, and the overall modus operandi of the racket. It is pertinent to mention that the accused Babita Kumari was apprehended on the spot along with other co7accused persons during the raid at the said illegal call centre, thereby directly Connecting her with the commission of the offence ." ) > !( " ((- 66 0-!
