Upon instructions from Mr. Gagandeep Singh, Additional SE/OP, Suburban Division, PSPCL, Tarn Taran, counsel for the respondent states that due benefits would be released within a period of six weeks from today. 3.

In view of above development, no contempt is made out. 4.

Petition is dismissed.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner to revive the contempt petition in case payment is not made within the aforesaid period.
