SUMEET GOEL, J.(Oral) Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 (439 Cr.P.C.) for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.0552 dated 18.07.2025, under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B, 201, 204 of IPC [316(5), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 61(2), 238, 241 of BNS], registered at Police Station Kundli, District Sonipat. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for some time, seeks to withdraw the petition in hand, at this stage. 3.
