*** Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) This petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. by the petitioners for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.0085 dated 23.11.2017 registered under Sections 308, 326, 324, 323, 325, 148 and 149 IPC at Police Station Sri Hargobindpur, Police District Batala, District Gurdaspur.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that earlier Sections 326 and 308 IPC were deleted but no challan has been presented so far and investigation is still in progress. Now another application has been moved by the complainant and the petitioners are apprehending that offence under Sections 326 and 308 IPC may be added, in case, the application moved by the complainant is allowed.

No doubt, till date, Sections 326 and 308 IPC have not been added and in case, the Investigating Officer takes some action on the application moved by the complainant, advance notice be given to the petitioners to join investigation in these offences, if added. Disposed of accordingly.
